When TopGolf relocated its headquarters to Dallas from Chicago, they came to Staffelbach. After listening to their needs and studying the TopGolf culture, the firm took the energetic, fun atmosphere of the company’s golf range concept and proposed an open-office plan with custom zones to closely align the company’s office with its “Flat Out Fun” mantra. A new multi-purpose room nicknamed “The Clubhouse” is the entertainment hub of the office. Associates can entertain guests with the open bar, complete with changing beer taps, pool and ping-pong tables, Wii gaming system and arrangaeble meeting tables.

The workspace is an open concept, with low-panel workstations arranged into clusters under acoustical cloud sound masking panels shaped to resemble the company’s unique driving range design. It is surrounded by a variety of breakout rooms for meetings or quiet phone calls that contain games or interactive items to further spur creativity. Natural materials of wood, concrete and glass give the space an upscale, luxurious feel and to make associates feel at home. The design takes advantage of ample natural light and downtown Dallas skyline views.
