Staffelbach has worked with Shannon Gracey since 2002, designing several spaces as in Dallas and the Ballpark in Arlington before being tapped to design the first commercial tenant space in the Sundance Square Plaza Commerce building for the law firm. The firm occupies three floors in the Commerce building and overlooks the plaza’s interactive water feature, music stages and common areas.
Two outdoor patios offer unique entertaining areas for clients and other downtown business partners. The space is a blend of private offices, conference rooms and collaborative areas, with a fourth-floor break lounge along a glass wall with doors opening onto the patio above retail and restaurants below. The space allows natural light to travel through large windows and glass walls in conference rooms located at the exterior walls.
The Kleber Miller Conference Center rooms are outfitted with video conferencing equipment to enhance communication between other Shannon Gracey offices. This collaborative, hospitality-focused design has become an office standard for future Shannon Gracey spaces.
