This office is as sleek as it is functional. The office design is split diagonally into dark and light sides, which is introduced in the reception area with two porcelain tile colors. A linear pendant overhead aligns with the diagonal split of the North and South sides, spanning the width of the space. 50% of the overhead structure was left exposed to create an open ceiling design. The skywalk features floor-to-ceiling views of the Dallas skyline and connects the lobby with the executive work room, editing bay and the client presentation room.

The presentation room is equipped with automatic window coverings to block light from the panoramic downtown views for client media viewings. Acoustical engineering and technological innovation play a key role in the function of this room. The executive room offers a mix of classic and modern furniture and acts as a hub for clients to connect and continue with business during their stay in Dallas. Glass offices, collaborative spaces and independent lighting control keep the team comfortably focused and connected.
