Extensive renovations to the North and South entries, common area lobby and corridors on the ground floor dramatically enhanced the overall aesthetic of the structure upon arrival. Improvements also include upgraded front and secondary entry concepts, monument signs, parking structure and stairwell finishes and lighting, elevator cabs, and installation of an electronic directory to the lobby. The design team replaced dark stone and metal canopies with light-colored marble and chrome fixtures, and added a cantilevered canopy and curtainwall for heightened lighting effects.
Modern elements of architecture and lighting added to the building, parking structure and elevator enhance the facilities sophistication and allow for more natural light to flow into the space. Dramatic, colorful artwork positioned in the lobby serves as a focal point against the glossy, refined white backdrop. Exterior work includes new landscaping around the entire structure. Staffelbach’s rebranding effort breathed life into this building again.
