Crescent Real Estate Equities Limited Partnership is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Through its subsidiaries and joint ventures, Crescent owns and manages a portfolio of 36 premier office buildings totaling 17 million square feet. The goal for this project was to create a space that could double as a marketing center which showcased the many amenities offered.
